If you want to change the timezone associated with your webmail
on your server please follow the steps:

1. Log into SquirrelMail/Horde webmail with the user that
you would like to change the time zone for.

2.In SquirrelMail:
Click on "Options" then on "Personal Information"

In Horde:  
Click on "Options" then on "Locale and Time"
